During the exterior framing phase, the skeleton of your building comes to life. This phase involves constructing the outer shell that will later support finishing touches.

During this phase:

Project Manager will coordinate delivery of framing materials.

If a crane is needed, we will coordinate timing to set the Trusses.

Construction of the outer shell including OSB Sheathing, wall and roof wrap and roofing completion.

Upon framing completion a framing inspection will be scheduled if required by local codes.
