Building Process from Start to Finish
Building a new home or post-frame building is a major investment, and we believe you should know exactly what to expect from start to finish. Our proven process is designed to keep your project organized, on schedule, and built to the highest standards.

Phase 1: Site Evaluation & Planning

Phase 2: Excavation & Site Preparation
Our team will handle the full excavation and leveling of your site, building a firm foundation before we get started.
Phase 3: Foundations
Foundation options include post in ground, concrete pillars, monolithic slab, block foundation, and walk out basement foundation.
Phase 4: Exterior Framing
Exterior framing options include post frame, timber frame, and stud frame.
Phase 5: Exterior Sheathing
Options include metal, wood, and custom options like brick and vinyl siding.
Phase 6: Interior Framing
Interior framing options include bookshelf framing, wall girts, and standard stud frames.
